I made these chocolate chip cookies to take to a Super Bowl party on Sunday and they were a serious hit. They were delicious and really easy to whip up, so I thought I’d share! They aren’t your average chocolate chip cookies, though. They have a secret ingredient: Bisquick!
I was a little bit skeptical about these because I thought the Bisquick might make the cookies turn out a little too cakey. Thankfully they were the perfect mixture of a crispy outside and a soft inside. I also liked them a lot these because they are a little bit salty, similar to the recipe on the back of the Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chip bag.
I split the batch in half and saved half to take to work on Monday. The box was completely full in the morning (I’m talking at least 20 cookies) and ended up empty in just a couple hours. Safe to say, these cookies are good! Also, if you are new at your workplace I’d suggest bringing them in because then everyone will like you. :)
Enjoy and let me know if you give them a try!
